Racing/Rally/Car History:

• Competed as a driver in his first Sunriser 400 Forest Rally (predecessor to SOFR) in 1978 in a VW beetle with Dave Shelton as co-driver. McGee went on to compete three additional years over the span of a decade, two years in a VW and two in a 1981 Dodge Omni GLH

• Other Motorsports events competed in:

  • Jeep Cup in 1988  

  • Ohio Rally 1989 and 1990 

• Founding member and President of the Scioto Valley Rally Club 

• Joined the SOFR Organizing committee in it's 1st year as Chief of Zero Cars

• McGee ran “Fast Sweep” for the Sunriser 400 in the mid 90’s in a fully prepped Oldsmobile

  Married to Dianna McGee.  Proud father and grandfather.  Former engineer at Fruehauf of Waverly
